Heat transfer or not, we cut and print with vinyl.
Send us your picture in Jpeg or PDF and we will convert it to a cut file.
We do not charge a set-up fee as it is included in our final price.
Our printing capability is maximum A4. We try to cut as many prints as possible on sheet to save the expences of our customers; taking into account the size of the picture ordered.
Our heat transfer vinyl, printed on garments, are double pressed to ensure that it will last and not wash/pull off when washed or worn. Wash and wear care must be adhered to.
As we are registered with many of the leading garment suppliers, we can save you the time to search for the garments you need. We prefer to supply the garments to print on but do print on garments you supply. In the case that you supply the garments, it must be new and not yet washed, as soapy residue or softner could cause the vinyl not to stick to the garment or not last as long.
We use vinyl of a high quality and try our best to match it with your colour coding.
No minimum order is applicable but more than 100 items is negotiable. All orders over 50 and regular customers will receive a discounted price on their order.

Sublimation printing is a printing process that transfers images or designs onto materials such as fabric, mugs, wood etc., by using heat to turn ink from a solid to a gas without a liquid stage. The colours are permanent and embedded into the substrate or fabric. It is also known as dye sublimation printing.
Not all materials can be sublimated on but by using different printing paper, most materials can be sublimated on.
Sublimation looks best on white fabric garments of which the content of the fabric has a higher % polyester than the mix; eg: 60% polyester - 40% cotton.
Sublimation on dark coloured fabric is possible but has a plastic/rubbery feel to it; like heat transfer vinyl.
Note that if you wish to have a gift or garment sublimated, we prefer to obtain the item to ensure that it is sublimateable. We do not accept responsibility if your product doesn't adhere to the standards.
Prices are determined and quoted by item/garment or print.
A new addition to the business is the printing of ribbon and labels.
Ribbon for gifts and special events is printed on request. You choose the colour en width of the ribbon and the colour ink the writing must be.
Ribbon are available from 10mm to 100mm width with increments of 5mm.
Ribbon orders must be at least 5m to make it viable for you, the customer and us.
Labels for the marking of clothes, shoes and stationery is quoted on request.
Laser engraving has been part of our services for many years.
Presently we cannot engrave on fabric, metal or ceramic. We are investing this possibility for the near future.
Engraving on wood, cork and leather is possible.
We do not laser cut, as many companies specialises in that field.
A black and white bitmap picture is needed for pictures to be engraved but writing we draft/draw in-house. Let us know the name of the Font, the writing needed, and we do the rest.
